Last night, chicken pot pie and salad...

Tonight....Baked Parmesan Meatballs with noodles:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 375. Mix meat, cheese, parsley, egg and garlic. Shape into meatballs. BAke 25 min or until cooked through. (I will double this recipe). Serve over buttered noodles with a salad.
